Actually, the earlier ultrasounds are more accurate for dating than later ones. Plan B is basically a high dose of an oral contraceptive, and that can definitely affect your periods. At 7 weeks, I seriously doubt your dating will be 4 weeks off. It's usually within 1-2 weeks of the date.

If you have any questions or concerns about the dating and timing, it would be good to discuss this with your doctor, But if your ultrasound was done at 7 weeks, and it was 4 weeks off (as in 3 weeks) they would not have seen the embryo on ultrasound most likely.

Does your bf know about the other guy at all? Is that why you are so concerned?

I agree with Mel Early ultrasounds are much more accurate than later ones. In my experience of pregnancy and i have had 5 children. They were usually acurate within 4 days on the two occasions where i have actually known the date of conception.
