Subject: N"Ice" parka, Scully.

Who did Scully's wardrobe in the early days of XF? That's who Scully should have pulled her gun on, not Mulder. Not that Mulder wasn't undeserving, what with his spit-flying assertion that he wasn't infected. But at least he dressed well. Usually. Sometimes. When he was dressed casually, he looked good. Some of his work clothes made him look goofy.

But I digress.

This was a fun episode. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with a group of people who are suspicious of M&S anyway, never mind a worm that makes a person wacko. (And is this worm the precursor to the jebuslug? You'd think Scully would have remembered that when JD was cutting the slug out of her neck.)

Again, I digress.

Was Mulder right? Was the worm an alien life form? We'll never know for sure, will we? No, because the Government blew it back into the earth, prompting Scully to say, "Leave it there."

So again we have Scully not wanting to pursue it further. Mulder doesn't argue his point. I mean, I can understand Scully's point, but she *is* a scientist. And our government has samples of infectious diseases that it keeps for research. Does she not trust the government to keep the worm from infecting the population?

Is this ep the first time Scully pulls a gun on Mulder?
