Well I think he was sexy as far back as Pilot but I'll go with your premise! He had some geeky moments along the way mostly due to his Elvis hair but I agree he was hot in this one in his black jacket and especially with his glasses.

I liked this because we had Scully doing some doctoring on actual live patients and we had a motel room scene. Poor Max. :-(
