Subject: Deadalive

While flipping the channels last night I found Deadalive one one of the local independent stations. After watching, I never realized how much I did like this one--even more the second time around. Scully's grief, joy and love came through so clearly in this ep. It amazes me that she didn't get any recognition for her performance. The other characters were also amazing--Doggett and Skinner had intense emotions to portray, Kersch was his usual dud with a hidden agenda and of course Mulder just had to lay there like the mostly dead lump that he was for most of this episode. It seemed pretty obvious that DD's heart just wasn't in the show anymore. His smile at Scully when he awoke was the highlight of his performance, just wish we would have had more of those in these last couple of episodes.
