He was at the finale wrap party and I think he was ok there. Just a really cool makeup job! Better than some others they've had.
I don't think Mulder was surprised about Jeffrey, he was probably told. But he looked shocked and saddened to see him in such bad condition. Skinner should have cross-examined Jeffrey after the prosecutor exposed JS's bad reports abut Mulder. Jeff could have explained how he feels NOW.

I hope you are right about William being their son CW! And Melissa I feel bad about him too. Poor Mulder didn't even get to see him. :-( I dont know if this anonymous adoption is a good thing. Since William was part alien what if something strange occurs. And I still think the baddies will be able to track him down and that puts the new parents in danger. Or what if he gets a genetic illness and his parents need to be involved? I always wonder that about real adoptions. doesn't there have to be some contact witjh te biological family for instance if a bone marrow donor is needed? I stil think the decision was wrong. Creating a major plotline and then abandoning it because they didnt know what do with it is just plain bad writing. I hope Scully and Mulder have some way of getting to him if necessary. Good ideas on reuniting with Will. I'm sure there will be lots of fanfics about that.

One thing I forgot to mention before, I think the black copters' only goal was to destroy the pueblo because of the megatite and they weren't concerned with catching D&R. If they were super soldiers flying them they probably didn't tink D&R were any kind of a threat. I thought Knowle Rohr disinegrating in front of them was cool! I think the super soldiers do hqve somethng akin to ESP. Wasn't Billy Miles able to find Scully no matter where she went? I think they have radar or something.
