Was that Super soldier on the jury the same one in that earlier episode with the guy who tried to kill William? The one who Scully wanted searched when the guy mysteriously died?

Mulder kept telling Scully that he knew what he was doing yet he seemed to have no hope that he would be aquitted. I guess with the doomsday info he found out he didn't much care. All he cared about was protecting Scully.

Which books are you reading now CW?
