if the FBI covered up the shooting, how is it in the Canadian newspapers? I heard a major character dies in the finale. The Canadian border does have more observation than before as illegal immigrants and drug come from Canada too, probably not as much as from Mexico, and post-9-11 they are watching for terrorists too. Only problem is its a lot of ground to cover. To be caught in ND sounds very unlikely.
