Subject: Cartoon equivalents

Okay, unlike my other recent posts, this one doesn't really have "right" and "wrong" answers. It's more sujbective.
We all know that the cartoon equivalents of Mulder and Scully are Bullwinkle Moose and Rocky the Flying Squirrel. Several other people have suggested that this means, of course, that Krycek and Marita are Boris and Natahsa.
Now, the obvious cartoon equivalent for Dogsbreath is Odie. (Garfield the Cat's extremely stupid dog friend.)
But waht about the others? What cartoon character does Skinner correspond to? How about the Lone Gunmen? CSM?
