Eve: The Litchfield Experiments. Deep Throat informed Mulder of scientific experiments the government conducted. The Eve's either escaped, suicide, or institutions. Truly human behavior.

Beyond the Sea: A murderer. Scully had a vision of her father, but she explained that it's normal to have visions of recently lost family members. Evil isn't paranormal.

Roland: My memory is a little fuzzy. But, his head was preserved scientifically. The wind tunnel was science. The men were twins seperated (I guess they had paranormal abilities) And Scully even had a joke in this one :)
