seriously? I'm not sure what kind of answer/ response you thought you would get on this site but if you are really concerned I think you know the answer to your own question. if you do not want to "rat" you either confront the person regarding their behavior or put it out there openly amongst our brothers. if you see it, others must too. it won't be long before the downed duck pops up on the radar. I'm shaking my head wondering how this shit even goes on.
