Arnie had nothing to do with it. She applied for it and the dept. had to meet the requirement for minority status. So super made a good decision and she got the job. No body with more seniority than her put for a job. Officer Gatej with 9 month in the dept. got the EHSO back up position.
Please stop trashing each other and get the facts. I have no dog in this fight, but did my home work. I am sure she is fully capable of doing her job. Good lck in your new position Officer Laurenti.
