Great story-just up & went -mine was about the same- my first real job- I got a call from a friend who said "lets go" I simply said"I can't believe we aren't there yet" I then left work and within a few hours myself & two otehrs were headed East. We went around a toll booth in New York because they would not let us through. We then parked the car in the town and walked & walked & walked. We camped off the side of the road and then lucked out and got taken in and fed by some local girls whose folks treated us very well. Good time, good people, good memories. Im 50 too Marilyn all responsibel & al but still enjoy laughing.
