halte Dich selber an, denn es wird niemand f�r Dich machen; das Leben wird Dich h�chstens �berfahren. Komm zu Dir selber und achte blo� nicht auf die anderen. Wenn ich derartige Gef�hlswelten durchlebe, wei� ich, da� ich wieder in der Spirale bin, die langsam aber sicher sich steigert und schlimmer wird. Bevor es soweit ist, versuche ich ganz zu mir zukommen (mit wechselndem Erfolg).

Im �brigen bin auch ich beim Aussteigen dabei.
