 I would like to take a moment to Thank Russ for providing this site. For those of us that our fathers spoke only little of there service in the Navy, this is fantastic!

Thanks so much! To see the ship he served on is something for me and his five grandsons.

For those searching for shipmates of the USS Baxter APA-94 my fathers name was Thomas Douglas Jones and served on her until it was decommissioned in Mobile.
