Subject: Boot camp photo

 I was at Sampson N.Y. from Dec.1944 until late Feb.1945. I was in G UNIT 549. I have a photo of our unit take on Feb.10 1945, it still is in good shape. The Seamon First Class who was with us for ten weeks, in thephoto was wearing a tailered kerchief.We all were happy when the Chief gave him a tonguelassing.That made our day.
