 Hello,

My grandfather was on the ship USS Botetourt APA-136 - I am looking for photos that may have his ship in the back ground or photos of the same locations that his ship was. He passed away October 2010 and today being Veterans Day I usually call him. So instead I am going to use this day to continue research for future generations of the family. Please send me what you have and if I run across anything related to the 213 I will share with you.

Also on an interesting note. My Grandfather on my Fathers side was deaf and could not serve in battle. He worked in Sausalito, CA building ships and fitting them for battle. My grandfathers ship was fitted by my other grandfather way before my parents were born. This was a fun fact to find out.
