 We Were in greens until the Adm. arrived. A real downer when we learned no liberty unless in dress whites. Finally 1 set of whites was issued. When we returned to base, off with the Whites and into the shower in uniform & soap to be ready for the next liberty. That was 68 years ago before we moved to Cavite.
