Avon Stark is alive and residing in Missouri. My mother pulled some old pictures out of her closet and we found a group picture of my father and his fellow corpmen standing around one of the operating tables. Listed on the back of the picture were these names: Snyder, Stark, Jackson, Spear, "the chief", Standler and "me" (Ed Hamrock).
