I would have agreed with you 100% had Delaware not beaten Bucknell 71-45 yesterday. Although we gave Bucknell a game, I felt that they were a better team than us. Delaware is now 2-3 and though a team with potential they are not nearly as talented as in recent seasons. Basically Delaware's easy win takes some luster off of our showing against Bucknell. From looking at the stats of the Delaware game, Creamer and Almind for Bucknell had poor shooting games and they were the two who killed us. I have always thought that the Hens played very good team defense...perhaps this is why they shut down Bucknell.

Anyway, sorry to dampen you enthusiasm...I know comparing scores is not always a worthwhile thing to do as matchup's matter so much but I was really surprised at Bucknell's big loss to Delaware.

BTW, Canisius beat UMBC fairly easily two weekends ago at UMBC. Let's hope the Hounds can do the same tomorrow.
