I guess season ticket holders won't be able to sue Loyola if they include such a statement in the season ticket application.

BTW, yesterday was a doubleheader. I guess they were hoping to increase attendance at the men's game by having some of the women's fans stay for both games. But it didn't work on me. I assume that the men's attendance figures includes all people that came for either game. Then again maybe someone took the two or three minutes necessary to hand count the crowd.
