I get the feeling most of our team wouldn't know the word "defense" if it was tattooed to their... nevermind. Two of Northeastern's wins this year have come against non D-I opponents. Granted they also scored 99 against a 1-10 Fordham team, but that score is ridiculous. Loyola has shown it is not going to score a lot of points. We need to play better defense.

Monday night vs. Central Conn. is a "circle the wagons" type of a game. CC is 3-5, with wins vs. SPC, UMass and Hartford. They have lost to High Point, Yale and Brown, along with Rhode Island and UConn. This is a home game, and it is very winnable. The MAAC is showing signs of life, even SPC. We need to win this game to have any shot of confidence heading into conference play. A loss here and the team might not have a pulse left.
