Ok then, well I can understand why you might think that ballet is feminine..All that flayling around and looking all rose like. Well, ultimately it comes down to whether you want it bad enough. Dancing is a great art, it can make you free, it can make you love yourself. It gives you an opportunity to express youself in ways that a lot of people are unwilling. My advice to you is to try it. You may find that others' opinions of you may not matter so much once you realize how great you feel after your first class. Another important consideration is to look for the right school. You have to ask yourself: Do I want to be a professional? or Do I just want to experience the art form? Either way it will decide where you should go and finding the appropriate person who will take you where you want to go. You are about to embark on an exciting adventure and I am excited to see you blossom. You must tell me of your decision!

Good Luck!
