"Hey. You alright?" she asked quietly. "Hatchings are beautiful. I've seen several." Varda's eyes glowed slightly as she looked at each egg, not speeding up or slowing down at the sight of the queen and large green egg. "I never really watched though." Varda admitted, her brown Shatit cheeping angerily. "I was jealous of the Candidates, so I didn't watch. I did watch what the Candidates did though." Shatit's eyes whirled. "If I was to be chosen on Search, I wanted to know what to do." Varda explained to her flit stubbornly. "They just stood there, until they felt it." Varda dropped into silence, remembering. The last Hatching she had been to, she had felt the pull. It had been tempting, but finally the green had let her alone to chose her real lifemate. She had been Searched then, taken to Minerva. "I wouldn't worry about what to do, Brynn. But what you'll experience. Nothing can ever explain that." Varda shook her head. "You'll see." she said softly, looking at the eggs again.
