Subject: Carl, Thanks for the tips! The Tamiya's are actually TA03s ( "Pro" and a Standard). I will look into the Novak ESCs, a 17-turn motor, the batteries, and, of course, a charger. Ever hear of the MRC Super BRain 959? Someone told me it would be a good "budget" charger, with the same features as the more expensive models..
