] Date Posted: 08:54:41 12/16/02 Mon Missy Elliot sucks. Her latest single/video is the sorriest excuse for music I have ever come across for as long as I can remember. Also, MTV sucks for repeatedly running videos by such talentless artists such as Missy Elliot. It's hard to believe that a decade of talent which produced artists such as Kurt Cobain and Tupac Shakur can be followed by one in which most of the music generally sucks. Date Posted: 12:05:01 12/18/02 Wed paul, while i would never deny that both missy elliot and mtv do in fact suck, i disagree with one of your statements. while a lot of talented artists came out of the 90's, i think it's unfair to say that all music today sucks and that all music from the 90's was good (ahem, vanilla ice, amongst others...). there was a lot of extremely sucky music produced throughout our childhood/adolescence. finally, there are a ton of talented new artists around right now, but you'll never find them on mtv.
