I'm afraid this is an unofficial message board, so Charlotte cannot be contacted. You could try logging on to the official Nature website, www.bbc.co.uk/nature/ and using their feedback form to send them a message. I cannot guarantee anything, but you have a very good question and maybe they'll forward it on to someone. Who knows?

Good luck anyway. Marine Biology must be a fascinating subject to take. Did you see Charlotte's program last Sunday?
