Subject: Thoughts after watching All Halliwell's Eve

First of all, sorry for not posting this sooner. I've been bogged down by work and college. Fortunately, I have a time bubble which enables me to get my opinions of the last three episodes out of the way. Now to what I wanted to post about:

This episode would be what I would call a "benchmark episode." It was interesting to see how the main characters(Prue, Piper, Phoebe, Cole, Leo, Darryl) have come to this point in time. Leo and Darryl were the most interesting to see, IMHO. These two had to defend the Manor in the absence of The Charmed Ones. If there were any shred of doubt that Inspector Morris has a personal interest in helping or defending The Charmed Ones, they were really erased in "All Halliwell's Eve." He views them now as "like sisters." You can take this any way you want, yet, I would like to know what he really thinks of Leo being Piper's boyfriend.

We saw The Charmed Ones go through another time travel to "Colonial Virginia"(Phoebe's words). There, they learn that they have a lot to go before they're able to achieve total greatness. Really, that's really the whole point of the episode. The one scene that struck me the most during that interlude was during the attempt to put Charlotte inside the "protective circle", where Piper asked who was going to help deliver the baby. Her sisters immediately decided that Piper do it, since "you're going to have one in the future." Of course, there wasn't much time and they had a few things to work with; they had to decide quickly. Still, it was fascinating to see Phoebe and Prue anticipating Piper becoming a mother in a point in time. They're so sure that Piper will become a mother that I wonder whether they've been secretly planning the baby shower all this time. Hehehe...LOL...:)

Anyway, back to my main point. The Charmed Ones learn more about their past but, most importantly, they learn that much of what was practiced by their ancestors were lost over centuries due to societal and cultural changes(I want to writers to pick up from where they left off there in a future episode). Since we know how strong they become over time, coupled with the knowledge they gained with the help of Eva, how would they go further from the new benchmark they set for themselves? We'll have to wait and see.

Other thoughts:
-I wonder whether that boy would be seen again or not.
-Yep. Hear the words of Phoebe/Elvira. LMAO
-Speaking of Pheebs, how would she be in the next Halloween episode? ^_^
-Can Piper get any more exasperated than now? ^_^
-Flying Pheebs strikes again! LOL
-Just like Darryl said, "Who are you?!" ^_^

Best lines:

Charlotte: Ohh...the pain is going away. How did you do that?
Piper: Good magic.
Prue: Umm...good magic?
Piper: (whispering) Acupressure!
