Background of the cubs: Their parents were lab experiments gone wrong then they escaped. The cubs were born, father was killed and mother on the run unable to protect her cubs she left them here. The experiments put a lasting effect on Gen which allows her fur color to change like a chameleon's does. Her brother can do it but only barely
