I would hope that Rove would be punished for everything.
However, it is looking like something akin to purjury or obstruction of justice seem like more likely sought after charges.
It is often not the initial crime which is harder to prove that gets the prosecuters attention but charges that have to do with trying to cover it up which are so much easier to prove.
