Oh man, this is great!!! Now we can stop using up bandwidth on our band message board. It's also a great place to get more timely feedback on decisions the band may need to make. I'll start us off.

We may be able to acquire two more Shepherd, Mark II Chanters. I think we have 5 to spare and that everyone except Mike Farwell now has one. That would leave us with 4. Do we think 4 is ample? If we were to get 2 new bagpipers in the near future, we'd have 2 spare. Then you've got Paul Pearo coming on board soon, and we're down to 1 spare. I think I should contact Loch Norman and inquire as to the status of these other two chanters.
