You have a couple of options. Since your ex left you with Tiger you can ask him to help you financially take care of him. (Whether he will or not, that's his choice.) Or you can take him to your vet and have him humanely put down. If he is aggressive with strangers, no good home will want him. Scum bags looking for a macho ego booster to chain in their back yard probably will though. If you give him away, you are still making yourself and his new owner liable if he bites someone, which will also contribute to the breeds' already trashed reputation. I told this to someone else on this board, but you will only be giving your "problem" to someone else if you give him away. If he is an outside only dog and you've seen him chewing on the fence to get out, you need to make him an inside dog so he doesn't escape and hurt someone. He should only be outside to do his business with you there supervising and then bring him back inside. Hope this helps.
