I love dogs and have been helping my neighbor by walking her dog. Originally the dog (Cleo) was given to them by some backyard breeders who had given them a 4 year old female 3/4 American Bulldog and 1/4 Pit Bull. Well, the older dog Molly, went with their daughter to collage for a year and left when Cleo was only 5 months old. Recently the daughter came home for the summer and brought the dog with her. Well both dogs got along fine with my neighbor, but when her daughter came to the house the dog's began fighting (I thought this would happen, but my neighbor didn't listen). So anyway, their daughter just changed schools and her new school won't allow dogs so the older one is going to have to stay with my neighbor. So now I don't know what to do, my neighbors have the dogs in seperate areas of the house, but its only a matter of time before a door is accidentially left open, and the dogs fight again, and possibly this time one or both will be badly injured or worse. My neighbor is wondering whether there is any way she can make the dog's get along. At this point I don't think they can make the dog's get along, but if you have a suggestion please, please reply. Otherwise, we have to find Cleo (the one I walk) a good home. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanx. Oh, by the way the fighting is pretty bad, I walked Cleo the other day and her face was full of scars.
