I rescued a flashy brown and white pit puppy who was skinny. Turns out he has a collapsed trachea which made it difficult for him to drink water so he would throw up half the water that he drank. He's now gaining weight and looking much better. Housebroken and crate trained. Approximately 6-7 mos old. Extremely good with people although he jumps which needs to be worked with. Isn't good with cats which is another reason why he needs to go. He won't kill the cat but is very aggressive in play and since I used to raise and breed pits that caught wild hogs for a living I know he will eventually kill the cat. My other hog hunting dogs are fine with the cat so he has to go. He's slowly outgrowing the collasped trachea problem but will probably need surgery which I cannot afford at present time due to the fact I have limited income and am saving for my own transportation.
