A four to five month old flashy brindle puppy ("tiger") came to play with my dogs and has not wanted to leave. He did not have any collar. He has not been neutered and I have not been able to get him to see a vet yet, but he seems healthy.

I can foster him if need be, but I cannot keep him. I already have three dogs. If anyone would like to have him or if you know of a vet that will help out with testing him for diseases, I would greatly appreciate it. I know he would too!
