This position involves drafting patents based on communication directly from inventors and researchers, research for existing patents and scientific publications in the field, and regular reporting to management and patent lawyers. The successful applicant will participate in the development of strategy and focus for D-Wave�s intellectual property portfolio.

This position requires an energetic individual with excellent communication skills, strong science aptitude, willingness to learn advanced concepts in physics, and the ability to work under strict deadlines. Qualifications must include a university degree with a science or engineering focus and writing experience.
