Subject: Writing my own Jungle Book

I wonder, if anyone still accessing this website.....expect Ah Por and I. Could you folks say something?

OK, I am packing up and ready to go for a three-month stay in Sumatra (Indonesia). In a jungle infested with leeches and snakes. In a jungle where wild tiger and elephants still roam (not kidding). I regard myself as lucky. The only thing I might miss is the Beijing Olympics --- I don't mean what's going on inside the stadium. I mean outside. How the CCP and the general Chinese public (including many misguided angry young men) being confronted with people who may hold different views to theirs. It will be such a drama. I certainly will miss it as I am in the deep forest.
