I did answer this, but see it didn't come up.No......all the hybrid Echeverias are NOT frost tolerent. I have been a specialist grower of these plants for twenty five years. The commercial growers have not been involved with them long enough to know their long term habits. I have found tolerence to -2degrees, after that there can be damage to some varieties, so be careful.
