Hi Susan, I apologize for the delay in answering your question but I was hopping somebody more knowledgable than me would answer it (I am only a begginer)
I think your Echeverias are suffering of Black Spot (a fungus). It comes in cold weather when the plants are over-watered or splashed on the leaves. Being your plants in the kitchen that is easily done. Then night comes on and the cold still gets through the glass window.
Succulents do not mind to get wet but they do when the temperatures are low.
I hope this answer your question and that your plants are still alive!There is not remedie when the fungus is very advance, sorry.
