I agree with Morgan that Janet should definately wait to tell her children about her illness. To deal with such a heavy issue at such a young age could be scarring and severely impaire the childrens relationship with their mother, especially with her iminenent death hanging over their heads. Her husband on the other hand, should definately know so that he could support her and care for her as she progressed, along with paying attention to his chilkdren to support them through her illness.
