Kids was a breath of fresh air for me, It was raw and in your face. It wasnt an oversized hollywood production that made me wonder the validity of the story and realism of each situation, especially the main issue that it dealt with pertaining to AIDS. The kids in that movie were so obnoxious and violent that it almost made me forget i was watching a movie and it felt as though I was watching a documentary. Feeling as though i was sitting right there watching these pre-pubecent kids pass a joint around or realizing the growing disease epidemic that is spreading like wildfire but in a silence in which people do not realize that it is out there and it is closer to home than you think.

I have a question for all of you right now...If you guys found out i had AIDS tommorow would you guys treat me any different? be honest. would there be any sense of sympathy, disgust, or sensitivity on the issue? would you guys confront me about it or would you ignore the fact and continue living your life the way you did when i was around you?

Heres another, suppose i was cut one day doing some sort of laborous activity and i was around you, how would you react to the wound?

These questions are directed at noone in particular and was written just to remind people that it does exsist and that it is not an issue to be taken lightly
