and a star, however ridiculous was born. Where do you go with this? A reluctant, freaked out star at frist thrilled than repelled by some twit reactions to his rape persona. OK

Then, Lord Missing Manning Found....and the slight reedemption and the further continuance of his tale. He gets it all complete with a less than perfect mate, a fellow Pariah of the town...brilliant...and OMG REAL chemistry with
these two....OH YEAH. Backstage crap, complex and too much to get into and then RH decides, better to cut and run......
Baby arrives....lousy writings, and the Patrick Poet disaster which I abhorred but it was good soap and allowed for Todd to rage and seeth black and nasty......and then trolls took over the Enterprise.....further curled and fetid troll,,,and Todd became almost too much the dark prince.....

One of the jobs I used to have was to take non-emergency police reports over the phone. NEEDLESS to say, the emergency unit used to send us ALL their EDPs (Emotionally Disturbed Person)s. If anyone has EVER talked to an EDP, there are NO RED FLAGS. You can have a perfectly NORMAL conversation and be going along with them when suddenly you ROUND the corner and you're in the TWILIGHT ZONE. For example, I took a Narcotics Activity report which sounded on the LEVEL until Ms. EDP said, "They communicate with each other by MUSIC, you know." And this AFTER I had given her every POSSIBLE Narcotics Enforcement Number I could find.

Now you may be asking yourselves where I am GOING with this in this thread? And I'm HEADED there.

Like MANY T&Bers on this board, I was appalled at DIPPY THE GOOF, "Peculiar Sex" that was "Blink and You'd Miss It" IMPLIED. I was also unhappy at IN THE DARK Donna Reed Blair. It didn't HELP to watch the pissing and moaning of the twitty about Goofus and them GLEEFULLY assign this crap to Todd being put back with Blair, so that they could then set up MANTRAS and clamor for the Snot Hag to return so that she could EXORCiSE Goofus out of Todd's body and "REAL Todd" would be back.

But their ARGUMENTS were persuasive...just like when you're talking to EDPs and they seem so NORMAL and RATIONAL. And... as long as you overlook their VICIOUS underlying RESENTMENT that "Peculiar" was IMPLIED at ALL with Blair and NOT the troll. Hence, the Pet Dingo remarks and the fervent hope that Jack turns out to be MaxHole's, after all. They would KILL for GOOFUS to imply "Peculiar Sex" with DelSnotto! For ALL their gushing and vomiting up TnT montages at Mentally Deficient and the Dingleberry, they are STILL pissed as hell at ROGER HOWARTH and a LOT of leakage has found its way on MANY T&B boards.

We T&Bers are pissed because we didn't get 1995 T&B, but how GRAPHIC were they back then? The ONLY semi-graphic scene we got was STABLE SEX and THAT was because RH was already on his way OUT. No more negotating. Other than that, We STILL had the SAME implied scenes. The difference was that we had a COMPETENT team who knew how to build up the UST in such an ADULT way and in such a CLIMACTIC way that by the time "Fade To Black" came in, the audience was ALREADY in ORGASM.

Is RH an ASS who has a NASTY habit of leaving his leading ladies AND his storyline twisting in the wind?! I think so. But IMNSHO, it is just plain TWITTY to blame the whole thing on some Soap Diva and NOT Total MISMANAGEMENT by ALLOWING the RH FACTOR and their ability to find one CWTOC after ANOTHER who cannot write AROUND it by implying ADULT and not PECULIAR Fades to Black no matter WHO the leading lady is.

I have expressed MY opinion that I could live with a competent recast, but has OLTL proved it can do ANYTHING competently? The only thing OLTL impresses me with is their unerring ability to screw up a wet dream and piss on/off every fanbase they have.

We are ALL dealing with the RH Factor in our OWN ways. And pretty much ripping on EACH OTHER for the way we choose to do it. And HAVE been since the LABINES really fucked it up by setting off the Téa vs. Blair wars. NO one can put the RH Factor to which lady he is with. We can put it to the time that RH came back in 1996 with "Certain Restrictions" in place and MANAGEMENT was STUPID enough to let him do it WITHOUT a plan to write AROUND it.

The point is that we shouldn't HAVE to each deal with the RH Factor in our own way. NO one should be a complete TnTer OR complete T&Ber OR a Todd Firster OR a Blair Firster. The onus of responsibility should NOT be on OURSELVES to deal with it; it belongs to MANAGEMENT and the Creative Writing Team that needs to put up the Crack Pipe and have a PALATABLE plan for us viewrs in place to implement HOWEVER Management decides to DEAL with the RH Factor.

If it walks, talks, looks, and sounds like a SUIT, chances are...IT'S A SUIT.
