Well, that was easy...

�� The thought passed as she nodded, glad she didn't have to test out her bargaining skills. A quite sigh escaped her lips as she readied herself for the next hurdle. ��

"The building I've chosen is across the square. Would you care to have a look? As far as I can tell, the roof needs to be patched, and some of the floor boards are missing or broken. Other than that, it's mostly cleaning up rubbish and such. Oh! And the stairway is in need of repair."

�� As she began to rattle off projects and tick them off on her fingers, she strode towards a sturdy old building that had definitely seen better days, but wasn't in that bad of a condition. ��

"Can you see anything else that needs doing?"

�� Giving the front door a shove, she pushed it open, inviting Marcus to step inside to have a look. ��
