Gotcha Rob.
Personally, If I know enough about the rider I give him the benefit of the doubt.
If I know the integrity of the rider is high, well I just don't have any doubt and figure that some disastrous mistake has been made.
Evidence counts.
But I also believe a man is innocent until proved guilty, and am willing to wait until an official judgement is made.
