And why would that be? What is the point of doing dope tests if you don't look at the results, especially for athletes who just won medals?!

If it took a second positive test at another event in another country for them to decide maybe they should look at their own test results, I consider it highly likely that they have other positive dope results. So out with them instead of hanging one big fish out to dry.
