Mouse-over the blue TVE logo with the globe on it. It highlights Europe, Asia, America, etc. Click on America.

You get a blue page. Right side: Consulta de programación - click on it.

Then you get another page, which lists out TVE Europe, America, etc. Click on America.

Then you get a white page with calendars on the left. Click on one of the days (they are at most only one or two days out on their programming).

Click on Septiembre 6, which is tomorrow. In the middle part of the page, it give the day's schedule, in CET. Scroll down to 21.50 and you will see Vuelta Ciclista a Espana, from 21.50 til 22.55 (one hour, five minutes).

Do the time zone math, 21.50 - 6 hours = 15.50 Eastern time. As I said, it's rather complicated using the TVE site - you will get the same results much faster going to Direct TV.
