He was injured last year.

While I'm pretty sure he finished it, he struggled and didn't work much for Heras and was part of a suprisingly weak USPS squad (that was the Vuelta where Aqua y Sapone's climbers worked for Roberto).

This year, MUCH more is expected of Dave, as he has a legit shot at filling Floyd's shoes.
