Isn't the EE doctor linked to Millar? The doctor didn't accompany the team to the Tour this year either. Then both of EE's G.C. leaders dropped out of the Tour. Seems like there's quite a bit to fuel any anti-EE discussions at the UCI.

Beyond that, EE just doesn't impress me as a team with the ability to compete in 3 GTs and all the other ProTour events. It's possible this more than doping concerns the UCI. Given their "no show" at the Tour, how does a team like EE which has only Basque riders or riders who've come through the ranks of Basque racing seriously put together a team that can compete in all the ProTour events? I don't think they can.
