Subject: The Christmas episode with Wayne Newton

I know there is not much action and its one of those bad guy gets a change of heart at the last minute plots, but I really enjoy Wayne's singing and Hoss and Little Joe provide just enough comic relief to make this a very entertaining episode. It just leaves me in a good mood everytime I watch it. Happy Holidays to all Bonanza fans.

I watched "A Christmas Story" today on MeTV, Ronald. I've seen it numerous times and agree it's a heartwarming episode. Wayne Newton and Jack Oakie both do fine work.

"A Christmas Story" is Wayne Newton's second appearance as Andy Walker. He previously played the role in the season seven episode "The Unwritten Commandment".

Yep. If ya'll listen to Wayne Newton's commentary for this show on BONANZA: The Official Eighth Season, you can be sure he has fond memories!
