Subject: 216.) All Ye His Saints Blooper
Just watched episode 216.) All Ye His Saints and saw a huge blooper. As Clint Howard is climbing up the mountain behind the outlaw towards the end of the show, he crosses a patch of steep rock. A man's hand can clearly be seen holding Clint's leg from behind so he wouldn't fall. I had to rewind and watch again to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

The biggest blooper and continuity error I always remember is in "A Good Night's Rest." Near the beginning of the episode, Ben comes in the ranch bone-tired. Adam is sitting near the stairs and fireplace playing his guitar. Ben takes off his gunbelt and lays it on the sideboard, along with his hat and coat. He then picks up the coat and walks across to the stairs and Adam.
The next shot shows Ben from behind (obviously a different take) and he is NOT carrying his coat. However, when he comes down the stairs to go to Virginia City to go to sleep at the hotel, he is wearing his coat, which meant he should have taken it upstairs.
I could probably think of more bloopers, but I really must go outside.

Joe, I may be being obtuse, but you'll have to elucidate this for me.

There was an episode where it was Hoss's birthday and Hop Sing brought out a cake and I think it had those little plastic birthday candle holders on it. Someone help me out on this, I saw this only once, when I was about ten... and that was a long time ago....

Jody, maybe you are thinking of "Inger, My Love". Ben remembers how he met Hoss' mother Inger while waiting for Hoss And Adam to come home on Hoss' birthday. Hoss blows out candles on a cake at the end of the episode.
