Hello, I found ur listing on the internet and from what I've gathered, you know quite a bit about animal services available. I have found a cat recently and he has not been clamed or posted as lost. I believe he is a stray. I have been noticing some (possible/but more likely than not) symptoms of inferior health, and he is not spayed or declawed. I managed to cure the fleas on my own, but I do not have the means to take him to a vet, only the ability to provide a safe & happy home. He is consistantly crying, and diarreah beyond anything humanistic(frequency, stench, volume) he sneezes rarely, but it's whiny when he does. He's eating but not like the insatiable kitty he usually is, and seems to be attempting to eat odd items such as dried flowers. I live alone and do not have more than just me in my life. I would like to welcome "Mozart" to my home permanently. I would like to know if there is some sort of medical assistance (kitty welfare) available, for I am struggling or more so barely pascifying the amenity resources I am debted to with my temporary situation of not having the financial means to care for this wonderful kitty I have been blessed to encounter. If you have any knowledge, resources, or suggestions, it would be much appreciated. I need help and guidance.

Thank You
Vanessa M
